Where we ship from

Our products are made by our manufacturing partners and dispatched directly from their facility. Orders are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. We currently ship to the United States.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of your order being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Once dispatched, typical delivery times are:

United States: 7 to 15 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather and peak periods can extend them.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to become active after you receive it. If tracking has not updated within 5 business days, contact us and we will investigate.

Shipping costs and duties

Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Orders to the United States are shipped on a delivered-duty-paid basis: the price you pay at checkout includes applicable import duties and taxes for your order, and you will not be asked to pay additional customs charges on delivery. If a carrier ever invoices you for such a charge on a US order, contact us and we will refund it.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; a reshipping fee may apply. If you notice an error in your address, email us immediately and we will correct it if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

Contact us if your order is late, tracking has stopped moving, or your parcel arrives damaged. For damaged items, a photo helps us resolve it quickly. Confirmed losses in transit and damage in transit are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
